TradeX AI is a technology platform built to help people who are interested in investing understand the market better and make more considered decisions.
We value clarity, transparency and security. Our aim is to give Canadian users an environment where they can act calmly even when markets move quickly, by providing information, analytical tools and responsive human support. The platform uses AI-assisted analysis, but it does not promise results: every fee, limit and risk is written down before you commit anything.
To give people without a trading background a clear, human-supported way to put capital to work with AI-assisted market analysis, with every fee, risk and withdrawal rule stated up front.
Clarity before commitment
Most people who come to us have never read an order book and do not want to. We turn what the algorithm sees into reports written in plain language: what it did, which condition triggered it, what it cost and what it means for your balance. If a figure in a report is unclear, your account manager explains it on the phone, not in a ticket queue.
The same standard applies to money. The minimum starting capital, every fee and every withdrawal timeline are published in tables on the Fees and Deposit pages, and each cost is shown to you again before a transaction is confirmed.
Security as a default
Two-factor sign-in is mandatory, exchange keys can be restricted, and every change is logged where you can read it.
A person, not a queue
Each client has a named account manager from the first call, with callbacks available around the clock.
Honest about risk
Automation can remove a lot of manual work, but it cannot remove the chance of loss. We say so on the home page, in the risk disclosure and during the onboarding call, because a client who understands the downside makes better choices than one who has only heard the upside. Protective mechanisms in the platform can pause trading in extreme volatility, and they are described as what they are: a limit on some kinds of damage, not a guarantee.
Five years of building the platform
A short history of how the product changed, year by year, and what each change was for.
2022
Testing the engine on real market data
The first version of the analysis engine goes into internal testing. It tracks a small basket of liquid crypto pairs and records every signal it would have acted on, so each rule can be reviewed against real market data before any client capital is involved.
2023
A dashboard and a human onboarding call
The client dashboard and the account-manager onboarding call are introduced. Registration, funding and strategy setup move into one guided flow, and the first Canadian-dollar funding routes are connected.
2024
Exchange connection and mandatory 2FA
Exchange connection by API arrives with read, trade and withdrawal permissions kept separate. Two-factor authentication becomes mandatory for every account and the audit log is added to the dashboard.
2025
Volatility protection and 24/7 callbacks
Volatility protection is rebuilt: the engine can now pause new orders when markets move faster than its limits allow. Equity monitoring is added beside crypto, and support extends to 24/7 callbacks.
2026
Clearer reports, fees and learning material
A fuller reporting suite, clearer fee disclosure before every transaction and an expanded learning library are released. The product pages, risk disclosure and withdrawal rules are rewritten in plain language for Canadian users.
Platform milestones describe product development only. They are not a record of investment performance.
