Be the named contact for new clients. You run onboarding calls, explain strategies and reports in plain language, and follow up so nobody is left alone with a dashboard they do not understand. Experience in customer-facing finance, banking or fintech is an asset, and fluency in French and English is welcome.
Review identity checks, monitor transactions for unusual patterns and keep our procedures aligned with Canadian anti-money-laundering requirements. You will write and update client-facing policies, and you will be comfortable saying no when a document does not add up.
Work on the analysis engine: data pipelines, backtesting and the rules that decide when the platform pauses trading. You should be strong in Python or a comparable language, honest about uncertainty in statistics and happy to explain a model to a non-engineer.
Answer emails and callbacks, help clients reset two-factor sign-in, trace a pending payment and escalate complaints correctly. Evening and weekend shifts rotate, and you will always have a senior colleague on call.
Build and maintain the client dashboard, reporting screens and the public website. You care about accessibility, fast pages and clean, boring code that someone else can pick up on a Monday morning.
