Personal support

From the moment you register, a named account manager is on your side. They call you, set up your account with you, explain every screen and stay available as long as you use TradeX AI.

Registration open — limited spots

An account manager will call you within 24 hours.

What personal support is

One person who knows your account, instead of a ticket number.

Personal support is individual guidance. Every new client is assigned an account manager who contacts them before they start and who is the first point of contact afterwards. The manager helps with the initial setup, answers your questions and can pass anything technical or compliance-related to the right specialist, and tells you what is happening.

Over time, the manager also becomes the person who notices when your settings no longer match what you told them, such as a change in how much time you have or how much risk you can accept, and who suggests a conversation about it.

The manager is a guide, not an adviser. They show you what the platform can do and how to use it, and they will not tell you what to invest in or promise how it will turn out.

What you get

Individual service

Your manager learns what you want from the platform, how much time you have and how comfortable you are with risk, and sets things up around that. A second client with a different situation gets a different setup. You are not handed a script, and you are not expected to fit one.

Help at activation

Verification, security settings and the first deposit, done together on the phone.

Quick answers

Callbacks are usually arranged within minutes, and email replies come within one business hour.

Personalised information

Explanations of your own reports and settings, not generic text.

Ongoing support

The same person, or their team, for as long as you use the platform.

What your manager can help with

Six areas that come up most often.

  • Account activation. Identity verification, two-factor sign-in and your first sign-in.
  • First steps. Connecting an exchange, choosing assets and a starting strategy.
  • Using the platform. Reading reports, setting alerts, pausing and resuming strategies.
  • Funding and withdrawals. Methods, fees, timelines and what verification is needed.
  • Updating your details. Phone number, email, withdrawal destinations and security options.
  • Questions about features. What a setting does, what a figure means, what to expect next.

Your manager does not give personal investment, tax or legal advice. For those, speak to a qualified professional.

Beginners benefit most, because the first week is where most confusion arises and a person on the phone resolves it faster than a help article. Experienced users value it too: they use their manager as a quick way to get answers about settings and payments without searching.

If you prefer working things out on your own, you can. The manager is there when you want them and does not interrupt otherwise.

Who it suits

Anyone who would rather ask a person than read a manual.

How the service works

Four steps, in order.

  1. Register

Fill in the short form with your name, email and mobile number.

  2. Contact with your manager

Your manager calls within 24 hours, introduces themselves and answers your first questions.

  3. Account activation

Together you verify your identity, secure the account and set up the platform.

  4. Continued support

You call, message or email when you need to, and your manager checks in when something changes.

What the first call covers

Typically fifteen to twenty-five minutes, at a time that suits you.

  1. Introductions and your goals

Your manager asks what you hope to get from the platform, how much time you have and how you feel about risk, so everything afterwards is set to match.

  2. A tour of the dashboard

You see the overview, the reports, the alert settings and the security area, with a plain explanation of each.

  3. Security and verification

You switch on two-factor sign-in and learn which documents to prepare for identity checks.

  4. Questions, with no pressure

You ask anything you like. You are never asked to deposit on the call, and you can end it and think it over.

What support does not do: it does not give personal investment advice, promise returns, take instructions to move money by phone or ask for your password or codes.

Deposits, withdrawals and help

Money questions are the most common reason clients call. Your manager can explain which of the funding methods suits your bank, what you need to verify before a first withdrawal and how long each method normally takes. They can see where a request is in the process and tell you what is pending and why.

They cannot move money faster than your bank or card issuer allows, and they cannot make exceptions to identity checks. See the methods page and the withdrawal policy for the details.

Questions about personal support

How do I get in touch with my account manager?

After you register, your manager calls you, usually within 24 hours, and gives you the best way to reach them. You can also ask for a callback through the dashboard, or email [email protected] and the message reaches the support team.

I am a complete beginner. Will anyone explain things to me?

Yes. Beginners are exactly who the service is designed for. Your manager explains terms in plain language, walks you through the dashboard and is happy to repeat things as often as you need.

Can my manager tell me what to buy or sell?

Your manager helps you use the platform and understand its tools, but does not give personal investment advice or promise any result. The decisions about your strategy and your capital are yours.

Who can help with deposits and withdrawals?

Your manager and the support team can explain which method to use, why a payment is pending and what verification you may need. They cannot speed up a payment that is held by your bank or card issuer.

Is support really available at night and on weekends?

Account managers and callbacks are available 24/7, including weekends. The Ottawa office itself is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 Eastern, and email replies usually come within one business hour.

What if I am not happy with the help I received?

Tell us, and we will look into it. You can use the complaints procedure, which sets out how we acknowledge, investigate and answer every complaint.
