What happens after you register

Three things, in this order. Nothing is charged and nothing is traded until you have spoken to a person and chosen to go ahead.

  1. You get the call

    Your account manager phones the number you gave, usually within 24 hours, and confirms your details. If the time is wrong, ask for a callback at a better hour.

  2. You choose your setup

    Together you go through the platform, pick a ready-made strategy or custom settings, and agree how much you are comfortable starting with. The minimum is $250.

  3. You verify and fund

    Before your first withdrawal we confirm your identity under Canadian anti-money-laundering rules. Funding and withdrawal methods and timings are listed on the payments page.

Is registration really free?

Yes. Creating an account costs nothing and there is no monthly platform fee. You pay only the trading costs listed on the fees page, and each one is shown before you confirm a transaction.

Do I have to deposit when the manager calls?

No. The first call is for introductions, a tour and your questions. You decide afterwards whether to fund the account, and you will never be pressured on the phone.

What do I need to have ready?

A working email address and a mobile number you can answer. Photo identification is needed before your first withdrawal, and the manager will tell you exactly which documents to prepare.

Having trouble with the form?

If the form does not submit, check that the email address and the mobile number include the area code, then try again. If it still fails, email [email protected] with your name and the best number to reach you, and the team will register you by hand. Trading involves risk, including the loss of the capital you invest.
