01Using the website and services

You may use this website and the services offered through it for lawful, personal purposes if you are an adult with the legal capacity to enter into a contract in Canada. By registering or continuing to use the site, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Risk disclosure.

The website provides information, analysis tools and access to a technology platform. It does not provide personal investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

02Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or build a competing product from the platform, its software or its data, and you may not use automated tools to scrape the site except where we have given written permission. Access to the services may be limited in some countries or provinces, and it is your responsibility to make sure that using them is lawful where you live.

03Promotional materials and newsletters

With your consent, we may send you informational emails and promotional messages about the platform. Promotions describe products and features, and they are not guarantees of results. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in a message or by writing to [email protected], and you will still receive messages that are necessary to run your account.

04Intellectual property

The website, the platform, the logo, the text, the graphics, the software and the underlying analysis methods belong to TradeX AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as intended, and no other rights are granted. Third-party names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

05Privacy

We handle personal information according to the Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, who receives it and how long we keep it. You agree that we may process your information as described there in order to provide the services.

06Links

The site may link to third-party websites, such as exchanges and payment providers. We do not control them, do not endorse their content and are not responsible for their availability, terms or practices. Reading their terms and privacy notices is your responsibility.

07Prohibited use

You must not use the site to break the law, send spam, attack or overload our infrastructure, try to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, spread malware, impersonate another person or company, or infringe the intellectual property rights of others. You also must not open an account for someone else or use a false identity.

We may suspend or close an account, remove content and report conduct to the authorities where we believe these rules have been broken.

08Support

Support is provided by email and by callback from your account manager, as described on the Contact page. We make reasonable efforts to answer quickly, but response times are targets and not guarantees, and support does not include personal investment advice.

09Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the services are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep information accurate and complete, but we do not warrant that it is free from error, current at all times or suitable for your needs. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure at all times or free from faults.

We do not promise any investment result. Trading carries a risk of loss, and past results do not guarantee future ones.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent that the law allows, TradeX AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the services, or from decisions you make based on information on them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11Indemnification

You agree to compensate TradeX AI for losses, claims and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services or your violation of the law or the rights of another person. We will tell you promptly of any claim for which we ask you to compensate us.

12Other provisions

These terms may change from time to time, and a new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept it, so check back from time to time. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the law where you live. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
